Co-Founder Kuba Highlights Swiss Innovation on Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe List
Zurich, April 17, 2024. Scandens is proud to announce that its co-founder, Kuba Szczesniak, has been recognized on the Forbes' prestigious "30 Under 30 Europe list" for 2024. This distinction highlights him as the sole Swiss startup founder selected in the manufacturing and industry category.
Since founding the cleantech company Scandens in 2021 together with his co-founders Dominik Bucher and Diego Sigrist, Szczesniak has played a pivotal role in developing an innovative all-in-one software solution. This technology empowers real estate consultants and service providers to assess the energy and climate performance and plan profitable climate-compliant energy renovations: on a portfolio level and down to individual buildings.
Scandens, an ETH Zurich spinoff, has to date successfully analyzed over 6,000 properties, optimizing more than 700 structures for cost-effective and CO2-efficient refurbishment. These initiatives are projected to save over CHF 100 million and reduce CO2 emissions by nearly 300,000 tons over the next 25 years.
