During property inspections, you can navigate through our checklist, which complies with GEAK (CH) and iSFP/dena (DE) standards, ensuring that no details are overlooked. Condition assessments, notes, and photos are directly integrated into the app and automatically summarized.
📁 Smart Data Hub: All Building Information in One Place
With the new Data Manager, you always have an overview of your project data. Energy certificates, plans, photos, permits, and construction descriptions—all relevant information is centrally stored and always up to date. This simplifies your work and prevents data loss.
With these features, we support portfolio managers, energy consultants, engineering firms, and real estate service providers in efficiently conducting building assessments and centrally managing building data.
Additionally, we will showcase the core feature of our software: the automated proposal, including a detailed comparison of renovation strategies. Technical feasibility, costs, and legal requirements are all considered—so you can immediately see which measures are possible and worthwhile at both the building and portfolio levels.
